What this tool is

This is a free, no-login calculator. There is no account, no sign-up, and no login. The figures you enter (target net income, billable days, expenses, VAT regime, country) are processed entirely in your browser to compute the result — they are not transmitted to or stored on our servers.

Data we process

• Calculator inputs — processed locally in your browser only; never sent to us, never stored server-side.
• Cookieless analytics — aggregated, anonymous usage measurement (Cloudflare Web Analytics). No cookies, no persistent identifiers, no cross-site tracking.
• Communications — if you choose to email us, we process the message and its metadata to respond.

Lawful bases

• Legitimate interests — anonymous, cookieless measurement of how the tool is used, to keep it working and improve it (balanced against your rights).
• Consent — only where you voluntarily contact us by email.

We do not process special-category data, and there are no paid features, subscriptions, or accounts.
